• Take the S.W. 10th Street exit; turn left (West), and go to Newport Center Drive, which is at the second stoplight.
• Turn left onto Newport Center Drive.
• Take the second left-hand turn, which is East Newport Center Drive.
• Look for 1192 (third driveway-note road sign) and turn left.
• Sylvester is in Suite 100 on the ground floor of the large white building.

From I-95 (Heading South)

• Look for 1192 (third driveway-note road sign) and turn left.

From the Florida Turnpike

• Take the Sample Road Exit (#69), turn right, and travel east.
• Turn left at Military Trail; travel north.
• Turn right at S.W. 10th Street; travel east.
• Turn right onto Newport Center Drive (S.W. 12th Avenue), which is the last traffic light before I-95.
• Turn at the second left, which is East Newport Center Drive.
• Look for 1192 (fourth driveway) and turn left.
